Dr. Trevor Ling, PT, DPT, ATC/L, MBA, COMT, Astym-cert
Dr. Trevor Ling is the lead physical therapist and owner of Peak Potential Physiotherapy & Wellness. He brings to the community over ten years of orthopedic and sports physical therapy experience. His education includes a Bachelor’s in Athletic training, Master’s in Business Administration, and Doctorate of Physical Therapy giving him the unique background needed to lead this professional team. Advanced clinical training in manual therapy (receiving his COMT), dry needling, and Astym® certification set him apart from other clinicians in the area.
Dr. Ling’s leadership and management skills have also been shown through the startup and running of an outpatient manual physical therapy clinic for the past 6 years. His passion and desire for helping others achieve relief from pain and return to their peak potential, has made him a leader in this region and repeatedly sought after by his clients. He is now heading a team of passionate professionals at Peak Potential with this vision. He is honored by the trust his past clients place in him, by consistently referring to him their family and friends. Trevor looks forward to continued service in his community.
Dr. Amanda Ling, PT, DPT, FNS
Dr. Amanda Ling is a physical therapist, wellness coach and c0-owner of Peak Potential Physiotherapy & Wellness. She brings over a decade of experience in fitness, nutrition and physical therapy. After having two children of her own, she is passionate about helping other moms regain their health and vitality whether they have a 6 week or 16 year old. Her continuing education has focused on pregnancy fitness, postpartum back and pelvic pain, urinary incontinence and regaining abdominal strength and integrity.
With additional training and certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, she uses her unique skills of balancing nutrition, movement and mindset to help women rebound from illness and injury through one on one wellness coaching. She enjoys helping clients meet their fitness, performance, weight loss, pain management, or general health goals through education, encouragement and accountability.
Elena Yanes PTA, MS, MEd
Elena Yanes is one of the most dedicated and caring people we know both in and out of the clinic. As a former competitive swimmer she knows first hand how an injury can change a persons life and the important of getting back to the things you love. Throughout her career she has pursued all things exercise and fitness with not one, but three degrees from Delta State University - Bachelors of Science, Masters of Health and Physical Education, and a Masters in Exercise Science.
After several years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor she went back to school to become a physical therapist assistant. Professionally, she is most passionate about sports rehab and helping clients with jaw pain (temporal mandibular disorder). Outside of the clinic, she volunteers with her local church and heads the Win Shape Summer Camp in Collierville. She always still loves teaching Zumba and PiYo.
Brittney is the first smiling face you see when you walk through our doors. She grew up in Millington and enjoys being close to her family and friends. As the office manager at Peak Potential, she keeps everything AND everyone running smoothly. She loves getting to know each client that walks through the door. In fact, she has an amazing way of remembering the little details and can always brighten someones day.
